Do you Hulu?

A Streaming Tribute to Sondheim

,

It’s never bad to start your day with a song, or in this case, a songbook. To celebrate Stephen Sondheim’s 90th birthday, performers streamed in together from around the world to bring his music to life. It’s beautiful and fascinating to watch. The intimate streaming style that has evolved over these last couple of months really brings you closer to the music.

Make it a Movie Night

,

72 Hours of Earth Day Live

,

It’s Earth Day, and here’s an around the world stream that has no intention of shying away from the issues over the next three days. Discussion, musical performances and voices of hope. It Just Keeps Getting Better

,

Some reviews tell you what, but this great CNN piece offers a compelling why you’ll want to dive into “Ozark.” It just keeps getting better. I’ve still chosen “Arrested Development” as my morning workout binge – I need my morning cup of comedy, people! – but season three of Ozark is living proof that a show can deepen and darken masterfully before your very eyes.

This Week in Netflix

,

It’s Monday. How do we know? Because new things are on Netflix! Here’s a great summary from What’s On Netflix, which is an amazing go-to for all things Netflix, all the time.

More to Watch in April

,

We’re not out of this month yet. If your April streaming is already starting to feel a little picked over, check out CNN’s slideshow of goodness. Something, somewhere, has your name on it.

Streaming Advice from NPR

,

As we’re all in and watching whatever we’re watching, it’s a good time to strategize about cord-cutting beyond the crisis. And, of course, NPR helps us all think it through with five helpful tips.

Cool – and free – for the Kids

,

In case ya didn’t know. In case you hadn’t heard. Amazon is doing families a serious solid by putting shows out there for free, and TechCrunch did everyone the kindness of passing along the word.
